The Rampart Defense Alliance (RDA) is a 501(c)(3) mission partner designed to transform the current reactive cybersecurity posture of state and territorial agencies into a proactive defense doctrine.
By integrating the statutory authority of Title 32 forces (National Guard and State Defense Forces) with the Rampart Nexus portal and the InForm platform, RDA provides a unified C4I architecture. This model enables immediate, virtual interstate assistance via EMAC and satisfies the federal requirement for states to assume disaster roles traditionally held by the federal government.
